WHEN David Clark won his first Australian V8 Dirt Modified Championship back in 2014 at Lismore Speedway, he never thought his next one would take so long to achieve. However, at Bundaberg’s Carina Speedway, the Brisbane, Queensland-based racer ended his 10-year drought by winning last night’s 2024 Australian Championship.

AFTER last season’s disappointing postponement of the 2024 Australian V8 Dirt Modified Championship at Bundaberg’s Carina Speedway in Queensland back in May, this event is set to be run this Saturday night back at the Carina Speedway track.

FOLLOWING the disappointment of last weekend’s Australian V8 Dirt Modified Championship at Bundaberg’s Carina Speedway in Queensland being unable to be staged, due to the wet weather, the Dirt Modifieds Australia (DMA) committee are delighted to announce a rescheduled date.

DESPITE the Australian V8 Dirt Modified Championship at Bundaberg’s Carina Speedway being just under a month away, the excitement for this May 4 and 5 event is building up as nicely as the level of competition is.

Moama’s Heartland Raceway this weekend is set to host not one state title for the V8 Dirt Modifieds, but two state titles.
